syncd is a Chrome extension that reads call transcripts you provide, identifies the questions in your open HubSpot playbook, generates answers using AI, and fills each field automatically. The AI engine is managed entirely by syncd — users do not need their own AI accounts or credentials of any kind.

When you click "Fill Playbook with AI," your transcript is transmitted to the Anthropic Claude API — the AI engine syncd uses on the backend. Anthropic processes the transcript and returns answers to your playbook questions. The transcript is then discarded. syncd does not log, store, or cache it at any point.
Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train their models. You can read Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
If you use the optional Fireflies integration, your transcript is fetched from Fireflies using your personal API key and loaded into memory for that session only. It is not stored by syncd.
syncd stores the following data locally on your device using Chrome's built-in sync storage:
This data never leaves your device to syncd servers. syncd does not operate any backend database that stores user data. You can permanently delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the syncd extension from Chrome.
syncd runs exclusively on app.hubspot.com pages. It reads the playbook fields on your currently open deal page and fills them with AI-generated answers. syncd does not access any other HubSpot data — including contacts, pipelines, other deals, emails, or account settings.
syncd does not use remote code. All extension logic is bundled within the extension package and auditable in the Chrome Web Store.
You can remove all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling syncd from Chrome. This permanently deletes your license key, Fireflies key, and all saved preferences.
